DO NOT attempt to complete any form posted under Ancillary Forms unless instructed to do so by an IL Bar Admissions staff member.

The Ancillary Forms section of our website was created SOLELY to make forms available to applicants whose admission has been delayed on character and fitness grounds and applicants who first applied for admission to the bar of Illinois before electronic registration was possible. Applicants cannot initiate any sort of application by completing ancillary forms, and data entered onto an ancillary form cannot be transferred electronically to any other form.

If your admission has been delayed on character and fitness grounds, and you have been instructed by an IL Bar Admissions staff member to submit one or more ancillary forms on our website, you must log into your IL Bar Admissions account and return to your personal homepage in order to do so. Next, click the Edit Application Type link in the upper right corner of your homepage and scroll to the bottom of the resulting page; select the Ancillary Forms category, and click the Apply bar. On the resulting screen, you may select and complete the form(s) you have been instructed to submit.
